What we collect, why, where it is kept, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
What we collect
What you type into our forms: your application, messages sent through the contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to our letters.
Why
To consider your application, reply to you, and send the letters you asked for. Nothing else. We don’t sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it is kept
Applications are kept on our own server in Thailand. Copies of applications, messages and sign-ups are kept in a Google Sheet we use to reply to you, and our emails are sent through Resend. Both services are based outside Thailand. Visit statistics, if you allow them, are kept by Google Analytics.
Cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help families. It sets cookies only after you choose “Allow” in the cookie banner, and we don’t use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Write to us through the contact page.
